ONE ISLAND, FROM BEFORE IT WAS A MARKET
Pablo Martín moved to Kuta Lombok in 2012 — when the bypass was unbuilt, the airport was quiet and almost nobody was developing here. He bought land, built, and stayed. That is the whole story, and it is the only one worth telling. The relationships, the land knowledge and the contractors we trust took fourteen years to build, and they are something capital alone cannot buy. Everything else on this page follows from that: the leadership is small, it is on site, and it is the same team that will still be here after your villa is handed over.
