We have been observing the exponential growth and development of the Kuta Lombok area since 2011. This long-term presence has allowed us to identify exceptional opportunities early and develop projects with strong investment performance.

After studying business at the University of Málaga, he moved to Lombok in 2012, where he identified the island’s potential as an emerging destination.
Drawn by its natural landscape and understated lifestyle, he began developing projects focused on both residential living and hospitality.
Since then, he has led the development of a diverse portfolio, including Kuta Baru Hotel, Kumbara Villas, Kabila Villas, Telescope Villas, and Oceano Villa — establishing a strong foundation in the local market.
