Brief:

Kelapa Estate is a joint venture of flat and well-drained land of roughly 10.000 m2 of coconut groves, created to acquire one of Kuta Lombok’s most well-located properties, offering walking distance of the town’s main attractions, facilities, and beaches.

The property was acquired by Oceano Developments in 2016 and the use was intended to develop three areas, including a residential area, a complex of resort-style villas, and a hotel, plus other facilities such as common areas, parking areas, and access to roads. The 3 main characteristics for this project are:

Safe Neighbourhood, there is a commitment by all members to share an entrance gate to the estate as well as 24-hour security.
Secure Access. the access to the Villas was fully certificated in the developer name all the way to the public asphalt road
Architecturally Designed, common areas such as roads are designed to ensure a luxurious approach to each individual property.
